What you'll be doing:

We are looking for Automotive System SW Engineers based in Shenzhen, China to work closely with the NVIDIA global team to develop and deliver the system platform SW to OEMs, Tier1, engage customer design, and develop autonomous driving ECU production.

  • Bring extensive development experience and a passion for innovation.

  • Engaged with outstanding autonomous driving to provide customized product features, and technical support for scalable autonomous driving computing platform from L2 to L5, analyze complex autonomous driving technical issues and independent driving resolution across multiple teams.

  • You will develop and deliver software for autonomous driving platforms based on NVIDIA Thor SOC.

  • Communicate readily with your peers across the organization, building relationships and collaborating effectively.

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS in EE/CS or related fields (or additional equivalent experience) with 5+ years of significant work and product experience.

  • Deep understanding of Linux or QNX operating system and programming languages in C.

  • Experience working on sophisticated automotive systems on the Linux or QNX Kernel, BSP, and drivers (e.g. Ethernet, Serializer/Deserializer, Display, PCIe, eMMC, UFS, etc.). Having the virtualization/hypervisor experience is a plus.

  • Familiar with ARM architecture and debugging Linux or QNX system performance and stability issues.

  • Ability to debug at board and chip level and appropriate probing hardware.

  • Write and oral interpersonal skills in English.

  • Good communication and organization skills, with a logical approach to problem-solving, good time management, and task prioritization.

  • Background with Automotive SPICE and/or ISO26262 standards will help you to ramp up quickly in our exciting autonomous driving projects.

  • Prior experience working in the following areas: Autonomous Driving, Automotive Infotainment, or Cockpit.

  • You are dedicated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.
