What you'll be doing:

• Lead silicon activities for NVIDIA's chip bringup efforts from pre-silicon through production.

• Multi-functional team collaboration includes Architecture, Design, Software, Operations, and product teams to plan and drive shared objectives.

• Form the requirements across product features and align engineering towards them, reassessing in response to technical challenges and evolving market dynamics.

• Coordinate efforts across marketing, arch, characterization, and dev tech to translate perf, power, cost, and priority requirements into product definitions across all business units.

• Drive scheduling, equipment, and materials logistics for silicon bringup activities to achieve near-perfect execution of ambitious NPI schedules.

What we need to see:

• B.Tech/BE or M.Tech/ME degree in Electronics/VLSI with at least 5 years of work experience.

• Demonstrated track record of technical and project leadership in post silicon environment that span multiple geographies.

• Excellent knowledge in one or more areas of silicon manufacturing characteristics, signal integrity

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically, tactically, and creatively.

• Experience influencing decisions and leading teams in an energizing cross functional environment
