Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university in a relevant business/technology field
10+ years experience in developing performance analytics (data quality experience a plus)
3+ years experience in program management with a record of driving performance improvement
Required
Strong experience in driving multiple business owners to completion of enterprise goals/standards
Strong knowledge and experience in data management tools, principles, and processes
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments to meet critical and established deadlines
Ability to adjust priorities as necessary in a rapidly changing environment
Excellent quantitative, analytical, and mathematical skills
Ability to lead and organize projects while still maintaining functional capability to be hands-on when necessary.
Annual base salary gross: $165,000 - $185,000 (IL only). The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of the ORIX USA's salary for this position. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of ORIX USA's total compensation package for employees.
