Education, Skills and Experience:
Required:
3-5 years of overall accounting and reporting experience
Advanced experience with using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Familiar with US GAAP technical accounting
Current or prior experience in regards to participation of timely and accurate reporting and financial statement preparation under US GAAP and for a subsidiary of an SEC registrant a plus
Bachelor's degree from accredited four-year university required
Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; strong analytical skills
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments, and to meet critical and established deadlines; Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines; Ability to adjust priorities in a rapidly changing environment
Preferred:
Experience in the financial services industry
Prior experience in public accounting a plus ("Big 4‟ preferred)
Certified Public Accountant
