ding filing, copying, shipping, ordering office supplies, and technology setup.
Organize offsite events and meetings, including venue research, catering, and technology setup.
Prepare and maintain meeting documents, files, and presentations.
Host and coordinate visits of guests and senior executives, including Tokyo HQ representatives.
Serve as backup to other administrative staff as needed.
Provide support during evenings and weekends remotely as needed
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2-3 years of experience preferred.
Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Professional business demeanor with attention to detail.

Annual base salary gross: $35 - 45/hr (NY only). The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of ORIX's salary for this position based on geography. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of ORIX's total compensation package for employees.
