Coordinate and facilitate internal execution of signature pages (wet ink or e-signature)
Manage and maintain internal resource database
Maintain compliance calendar
Assist with brokerage accounts setup and coordination with employees and brokerage firms
Conduct initial reviews of service provider agreements and confidentiality agreements
Provide additional support to asset management activities and assist with various ad hoc projects and reports

Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum 6 years' private funds paralegal experience
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent writing and word processing skills
Strong active listening skills to understand needs and concerns of stakeholders and support positive outcomes
Strong client focus with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple, diverse projects concurrently
Excellent professional ethics, integrity and judgment
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to use discretion in the performance of daily activities
Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF applications
Familiarity with iManage or similar document management systems, and ComplySci or similar Compliance systems a plus
Ability to leverage technology to create efficiencies and streamline processes
Annual base salary gross: $110,000 - $150,000 (NY only). The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of the ORIX USA's salary for this position. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of ORIX USA's total compensation package for employees.
