    Position summary

    g for investment, accounting, rating agency, tax and securitization purposes
    • Participate in the legal due diligence of transaction documentation
    • Prepare internal investment approval memos and presentations
    • Interface with internal/external tax, accounting, legal, risk and support teams
    • Independently/proactively present ideas, transaction opportunities and structuring recommendations
    • Other projects and duties as assigned

    Education, Skills and Experience:

    Required:
    • Bachelor's degree from accredited university in STEM subject or finance, economics, or related field
    • Minimum 3+ years of investment banking, private equity, or investment management experience
    • Experience with rating agencies and complex legal documentation review
    • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills supported by a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent organizational, communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team
    • Ability/willingness to travel when required

    Preferred:

    • GAAP financial reporting experience/understanding
    • Knowledge of operating BBG terminal and INTEX
    • Coding experience

    Annual base salary gross: $150,000 - $180,000 (NY only). The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of the ORIX USA's salary for this position. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of ORIX USA's total compensation package for employees.
