Administer base pay, short term and long-term programs including annual compensation review and bonus payout cycles
Support specific pay program design, implementation, and review, as well as the annual bonus program and pay planning cycles across the enterprise
Administers long-term incentive plans including preparing and submitting periodic updates to vendor
Participate in compensation surveys to make recommendations to the company's total compensation programs and competitive position
Support internal and external audits into Compensation programs
Collaborate with the internal communications team to develop communication plans
Education, Skills & Experience
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field from an accredited four-year university
3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, or equivalent experience and education
Knowledge of compensation policies and practices, as well as federal and state wage and hour law
Expertise in managing projects while demonstrating a sense of urgency to complete assignments
Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Partnership and influencing skills, communication skills and customer support at all levels of the company, including senior leadership
Adaptable and comfortable shifting between high-level design, consulting work, analytical and operational work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Highly responsive and customer service oriented
Strong initiative and can work independently and as part of a team
Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in establishing, applying, and interpreting office policies and procedures
Ability to gather, correlate, and analyze facts and devise solutions
Experience supporting compensation processes with an HCM application (Workday preferred)
Preferred
5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, or equivalent experience and education
Experience supporting compensation and carried interest for a Financial Services firm
