You Can Expect To:

• Build and enhance internal applications using Node.js, TypeScript, React, C#, .NET, Azure, and AWS

• Explore different technologies and languages- develop front and backend applications, DevOps and continuous integration, modern frameworks like Angular, ASP.NET APIs, and OAuth 2.0, and cloud and data platforms like Azure, AWS, Microsoft SQL, and Azure Cosmos

• Think through complicated problems and implement practical, real-world solutions

• Perform all roles throughout the SDLC (estimate, gather requirements, develop, test, and deliver)

• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and vision

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver technical solutions that meet business objectives

• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating with clear context

• Assist with integrations between our enterprise applications, systems, and data stores

• Support existing applications and websites while developing new features and services

• Explore and apply new technologies, frameworks, and cloud services to modernize and improve our systems

We Look For:

A successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:

• 1-3 years of professional full time software development experience

• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React (competent to proficient), and familiarity with C#, .NET and Azure (beginner to competent)

• Familiarity with supporting technologies such as HTML, CSS, REST APIs, Microsoft SQL, and cloud services

• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of problems, independently troubleshoot, and escalate appropriately

• Skilled analytical problem solvers with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions

• Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and embrace agile practices

• Professional communicators who can explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable experience

• Fluency in English is required for effective communication with US-based colleagues and customers

• Legally authorized to work in Colombia
