"Document everything. There are times that you will need to defend your feedback. You will not get to be in your review nor will you get to see the feedback that is written about you, so even if you do well, one person can say something else and that will effect your promotion. "

"The pay transparency is great, honestly. However, your mentors and managers will push you into the box of what they think a professional should be rather than what kind of professional you actually want to become. If you don't fit the mold, you will struggle."

"Pariveda offers an incredibly supportive environment for women. I am 100% safe here — free from jockeying, micro aggressions, etc. The men and women collaborate as equals, and we value and invest in women through their careers. I can be my full self here. And I have an amazing network of women leaders who support each other. We have high-level leaders who make it easier for each new mom to fulfill her career without sacrificing choices about her family life. It’s truly the best place to work and grow. I’m a Fin, and my children love it!"
