Esprit de Femme: Esprit de Femme was founded to aid women at Pariveda to become more successful and effective. This group provides a forum for female employees to discuss challenges and opportunities in the workplace, work with outside organizations to share and explore ideas, and hold social events to build a rapport between fellow female employees.
Trainings: At Pariveda, our mission is to develop people towards their highest potential and to do so, we believe our Fins should always be learning. All employees have access to a robust e-learning library through Udemy, instructor-led training such as Project Management School and Developer School, lunch & learns, colloquium discussions and so much more. Pariveda strives for every Fin to work in an environment centered around learning and personal growth.
Sabbatical: All Principals and above are eligible for a sabbatical after every five years of service and one full year on the Management Team. Sabbaticals are eight weeks for Vice Presidents and three weeks for Principals.
