Military Leave: Employees who serve in the Uniformed Services (as defined by USERRA) may at times need to take leave for military training, mobilization, deployment, or performance of other duties. Pariveda recognizes the obligations of such employees, and will grant up to five days of paid military leave per calendar year for eligible employees.
Bereavement Leave: When a death occurs in an employee's immediate family, they may take up to three days off with pay to attend the funeral or make funeral arrangements.
Compassionate Transfer of Leave: Compassionate leave is a donated bank of PTO for qualifying Pariveda' employees who are experiencing medical hardship, either personally or within their immediate families. Employees who qualify for compassionate leave may also be eligible for job and benefit protection under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Pariveda also provides access to CareFlash, a turn-key online caring community for engaging friends and family members, near and far, throughout a healing or aging journey in a loved one, or surrounding chronic or cognitive illness.
