      Sabbatical
      Yes, All Principals and above are eligible to take sabbatical leave after every five years of service and one full year on the Management Team. Sabbaticals are eight weeks for Vice Presidents and three weeks for Principals.
      Coaching
      Yes, Pariveda offers executive coaching for all Management Team members, Principals and Vice Presidents.
      Unconscious bias training
      Yes, we raise awareness of unconscious bias and inclusion challenges in the workplace through firm-wide annual workshops.
      Networking
      Yes, we sponsor Women’s, LGBTQ+, and Employees of Color groups to foster an inclusive and supportive work environment.

      Flexible working

      Our culture supports individuals to discuss their needs and if possible, Pariveda will provide alternate arrangements, such as reduced work schedule, flexible start and end dates, as well as partial work from home options. We also offer the following leave options:


      Military Leave: Employees who serve in the Uniformed Services (as defined by USERRA) may at times need to take leave for military training, mobilization, deployment, or performance of other duties. Pariveda recognizes the obligations of such employees, and will grant up to five days of paid military leave per calendar year for eligible employees. 


      Bereavement Leave: When a death occurs in an employee's immediate family, they may take up to three days off with pay to attend the funeral or make funeral arrangements.


      Compassionate Transfer of Leave: Compassionate leave is a donated bank of PTO for qualifying Pariveda' employees who are experiencing medical hardship, either personally or within their immediate families. Employees who qualify for compassionate leave may also be eligible for job and benefit protection under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

      Remote work policy
      Yes, Pariveda is offering an experiment that allows employees to work from any location of their choosing within their designated working country for a period of up to 5 weeks, and in no less than full week increments (5 business days consecutively).
      Part time policy
      Yes, While we do not have a formal policy, our culture encourages individuals to discuss their needs. Pariveda supports individuals with a need for a reduced schedule, on an individual basis.

      Short term disability
      Yes, pregnancy is covered under Pariveda's short term disability plan. There is a 2-week elimination period before short term disability begins, in which PTO or unpaid time may be used. After the four to six weeks of disability benefits end (determined by doctor's orders), the employee will be eligible for the six weeks of paid parental leave, granting a total of twelve to fourteen weeks of time off after childbirth. STD benefit pays 60% of the employee's salary up to $3,000 per week.

      Pariveda provides a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account to allow employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for qualified childcare expenses such as nursery schools or before and after school programs.
      Lactation facilities
      Yes, Pariveda promotes a breastfeeding-friendly work environment and supports lactating employees for as long as they desire to express breastmilk. Pariveda will provide breastfeeding employees with space in close proximity to the employee’s work area that is shielded from view and free from intrusion from co-workers and the public in order to express breastmilk. Breast pumps are covered at 100% under Pariveda's medical plan. Pariveda also offers a $300 annual stipend to help with the costs related to the shipping of breast milk while traveling for work.
      Fertility
      Yes, Pariveda provides an inclusive family building benefit for every unique path to parenthood through Progyny. The benefit includes comprehensive treatment coverage leveraging the latest technologies and treatments, access to high-quality care through a premier network of fertility specialists, and personalized emotional support and guidance from a patient care advocate.
      Care-taking benefits
      Overview

      Pariveda also provides access to CareFlash, a turn-key online caring community for engaging friends and family members, near and far, throughout a healing or aging journey in a loved one, or surrounding chronic or cognitive illness. 

      Child care subsidies
      Yes, Employees may enroll and contribution to the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account to set aside pre-tax dollars for qualified childcare expenses.
      Care-taking PTO
      Yes, Pariveda’s PTO plan is a single bank of vacation, sick leave and personal time, creating a pool of days that employees may use at their discretion.
