    Position summary

    • Prepare and issue client invoices

    • Review client contracts and monitor comp liance w it h company process

    • Support the company's time and expense process

    • Participate in our revenue assurance process

    • Assist in the bi-annual testing of our accounting system upgrades

    • Work within a hybrid model, sometimes at home and sometimes in the office

    • Work with smart, humble, and supportive people

    We Look For:

    The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:

    • Demonstrated experience in a similar role , including billing , accounts receivable management, and revenue accounting

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines

    • Superior analytical thinking with attention to detail

    • A desire to solve problems, think creatively and adapt to a dynamic environment

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    • Proven ability to collaborate successfully

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency with Excel

    • Experience with NetSuite and /or OpenAir preferred

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting , Finance, or comparable experience

    • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
