• Manage sales efforts and service delivery, including client meetings, proposal efforts, scoping, estimating, project management, quality assurance, and delivery of work.

We Look For:

The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience leading IT strategy, custom development, business process improvements, project management, and technology services solutions sales and delivery .

• A strong track record in consultative sales and new client development, with the ability to craft compelling value propositions and develop creative solutions that deliver significant value to clients.

• A well-established network of clients and professional relationships in the Chicago regional market , across a variety of industries and business functions .

• Proven ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect with C-level clients.

• Involvement in local professional networking and civic/community activities .

• Demonstrated ability to plan and manage complex client engagements involving multiple teams, vendor relationships, project planning, execution, issue/risk management , and resource management/allocation .

• Mastery of all phases of the software development life cycle .

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to developing employees' knowledge, skills, and capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills, with a methodical approach to proactively anticipating challenges, assessing problems, gathering pertinent facts, seeking counsel where necessary, and delivering sound solutions.

• Flexible and adaptable, willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed. A s ervant leader who takes initiative and drives results.

• Highly professional with a strong work ethic, accountability, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations and business objectives .

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience .

• Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship .
