Budgeting & Resource Allocation:
Manage the budget for channel innovation initiatives and ensure effective allocation of resources to key projects.

Compliance Management:

Assess the potential compliance risks of new business models or channel strategies. Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure alignment with legal standards.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of diverse commercial, marketing or related experience.
Proven ability to influence across a range of diverse stakeholders.
Have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical policy environment and have the ability to analyze and interpret policies.
Highly responsible, customer-oriented, results-oriented, with the ability to deliver high-quality results.
Efficient problem-solving skills, the ability to predict potential business risks and obstacles, and the ability to take effective measures to reduce risks.
