Analyze and understand markets and customers, support for operation optimization and expansion.
Hold teams accountable for their performance and drive a solution focused approach to people management.
Create and grow relationships with KOLs and other key stakeholders within and outside Pfizer to ensure maximum support and collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS
Graduated from Pharmacy/Medicine University
Perform duties within the representative office's permitted activities
Lead and develop Vaccines VNVC teams focused on exceeding operation expectations through proper strategy.
Recruit and hire high performing teams that can deliver on our Vaccines mission.
Partnership across the internal and external stakeholders to maximize resources including but not limited to MSLs, Market Access, Operations and partners
