    As a Senior Product Manager, you will build a foundational Product Management toolkit, including learning how to develop a compelling technology strategy, product vision, roadmap. You will coordinate directly with business to align and set Objectives and Key Results for the Product team and measuring / tracking success against key metrics.

    How You Will Achieve It

    • Establish product MVP, vision and objectives, create tracking, reporting and segmentation requirements that will ensure timely and accurate measurements

    • Determine user needs and translate them into detailed requirements to write and clarify user stories, visualizations, and process flows

    • Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap

    • Lead and organize monthly business stakeholder prioritization meetings, delivery alignment meetings, and quarterly business reviews of product performance

    • Coordinate and collaborate with CX design/external agency for user journeys, wireframes user experience strategy

    • Organize, prepare, and present easy to understand stories with valid proof points that show the team's backlog priorities tie back to business objectives

    • Lead ongoing initiatives and releases for performance assessment, efficiency, and improved user/product experiences

    • Track metrics (e.g., Objectives & Key Results) and build reports to measure progress

    • Manage dependencies with other teams, working closely with all dependent delivery teams (web/app/dashboard)

    • Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, and ensure PDLC documentation, system configuration and compliance activities are up to date as required

    • Lead and organize product demos via inspect and adapt workshops as needed

    • Manage and mentor junior team members including Product Intern, Product Analyst, Product Owner, and Product Manager roles

    Qualifications

    Must-Have

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline

    • 7+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years as a front end product management experience, with experience in a digital/technology company a strong plus

    • 1 year of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or related industry

    • Agile/Lean Development knowledge, training, or experience

    • Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional leaders and technical teams

    • Strong leadership skills and the proven ability to drive organizational change

    • Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex technical decisions

    • Passion for creating user-centric digital and interactive experiences

    • Comprehensive and current industry knowledge about the latest trends and innovations in digital health and patient experience

    Nice-to-Have

    • Certification in Agile and Scrum development practices is a plus

    • Experience in product design, vision and roadmap creation, and data & analytics

    • Understanding of the Competitive Market Landscape & Pharmaceutical Industry Trend Analysis

    • Active coaching and mentoring skills that grow and maximize the team's potential

    • Experience in managing geographically distributed teams preferred

    • Experience with chatbots, conversation design, and digital avatars a plus

    Work Location Assignment: Must be able to work in assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business

    The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
