eDART/Dart - outage management tool covering the lifecycle, maintenance and management of equipment as it is introduced into the PJM model up until it exits the PJM model
Emergency Procedures (EP) - conveys PJM emergency procedures (manual M-13) to PJM members and impacted parties
Intelligent Event Processor (IEP) - provides situational awareness to PJM operators and engineers using a Boolean logic translation of M-03B operating procedures
Keystone - a custom application developed in support of the PJM study process and within our Taramisu portfolio
Rosetta - a mapping translation tool across PJM planning, operations and market models
Smartlogs - operator event logging and shift turnover tool
Synchrophasors - sub-second time-synchronized telemetry system event analysis and event determination, such as oscillations
Taramisu - PJM operations use of PowerGEM's TARA tool for automated studies
TO Connection - container application housing tools specific to PJM operations and Transmission Owners, such as Post-Contingency Local Load Relief Warning (PCLLRW) and Stability Limits
Topology Control - drives switching solutions to mitigate transmission constraints
Transient Stability Analysis (TSA) - determines stability issues and mitigation strategies in Real-time and study spaces
Voltage Distribution Factors (VDFAX) - derives relevant impact of load shed for a given set of loads to mitigate reactive related constraints
Voltage Stability Assessment Tool (VSAT) - use of PowerTech's VSAT tool to identify non-load shed related solutions to reactive constraints
**The (Sr.) Product Analyst works in cross-divisional application-focused teams across these products. In addition to user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, other activities/opportunities may include project management, functional requirement development, training, documentation and product support. The (Sr.) Product Analyst's primary team will include the Project Manager, Lead Architect, ITS Product Lead, fellow business/product analyst(s), area subject matter experts and development team members.
Essential Functions:**
Create data and documentation to support test cases and scenarios
Determine test environment and test data requirements
Execute test scripts manually or via test automation tools
Analyze reported issues and coordinate resolution of issues including response to internal/external customers
Suggest improvements to both technology and business functionality of software
Deliver high-quality work within established timeline and ensure effective communication
Review requirements and design documents to confirm technical and business needs are met
Build and develop relationships with OAT's developers, customers and functional area subject matter experts
Characteristics & Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent work experience
0-5 years of experience of user acceptance (and/or quality assurance) testing in development/team collaboration tools such as Confluence/Jira
Ability to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail
Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support
Ability to understand business needs, while establishing and maintaining a high level of customer trust and confidence
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)
Ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, and customers
Experience with technical writing and editing
Experience in testing software systems and formal testing process
