ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Function as an excellent problem solver, who can confidently work to resolve a customer's inquiry.

• Create an empathetic engagement for the customer experience.

• Foster a strong work ethic of accountability with a curiosity and willingness to resolve matters.

• Provide customers with world class service, that keeps them coming back • Support our internal and external stakeholders.

• Accurately order materials and coordinate service schedules.

• Handle a high volume of customer calls in a dynamic environment.

• Communicate with management to elevate trends within the business.

• Strive for a 5-Star service review.

• Leave the situation better than you found it.
