"What you find at Power is so rare. This is a huge company but feels like a small family. The training, equipping, support, empowerment, growth, advancement opportunities, culture and care you receive from Power are phenomenal. It’s hard to imagine a more ideal place to work to be honest. They want people to win- in their careers and personal lives- and do everything they can to help them do it. In a results & numbers-driven business, it still amazes me how much they put people first. Both customers and employees alike. I could rave about this company for days- but if you’re looking for a great place to work that is a ton of fun and has a healthy work environment, with real opportunities for career advancement, look no further. You won’t regret giving Power a chance!"

"Always around to help the next person, and empower women to do the better than you thought you could be."
"Its amazing and empowering, they want to build you as a person and not just an employee. They offer so much support and so many resources. They are flexible and offer maternal and paternal leave, they even have a private wellness room that is super plush if and peaceful if you need to pump or unwind. They understand we have roles outside of work and try to be flexible if there is something that pops up. Here you can make more than enough money to take care of your family, follow your dreams and if you are in a bad relationship you can make plenty of money to leave and not have to worry about finances. "
"I never would have thought I’d be working for a construction company, but Power Home Remodeling has changed my life. The hours are good, the pay is above anything I could have imagined, and the benefits rock. I don’t have a college degree, and yet I make over 150k a year. It’s amazing. Men and women have an equal chance to make the same money. "
