Maintain comprehensive performance dashboards that deliver actionable metrics to leadership.
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.
What You Will Bring
A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.
A background in operations, project management, or business analysis within a global or enterprise setting is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in developing and tracking KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics, with experience in data interpretation to inform decision-making and drive operational improvements.
Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, resource allocation, and forecasting future pipeline and headcount needs in a complex, global environment.
Proficiency in building and maintaining performance dashboards and reporting tools, utilizing platforms such as Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics software.
Experience partnering with multiple stakeholder groups to anticipate what business units need and reach out early, building trust and making collaboration easy and effective.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for the appropriate audience, highlighting what matters most, and ensuring information is appropriately disseminated so that decisions can be made quickly and confidently.
Ability to quickly see trends and connections in data that others might miss, helping the team make smarter decisions before issues arise.
Demonstrated experience breaking down complicated information and processes into clear, usable insights that anyone can understand and act on.
