"Prudential has a lot of great benefits and policies around work-life balance and the organization culture reinforces use of the benefits and policies. Prudential focuses on your work and how you "show up" at work. Everyone has a unique living situation, and this is taken into account with leadership, productivity, and overall performance evaluations. The organization also has a large amount of leaders that are women, so it's nice to see women represented in all levels of leadership. "
