What you can expect
Transaction Execution:
Learning the business through hands-on experience by being involved in every aspect of club transactions, from pre-screen to mandate, execution / Q&A, allocations, and closing.
Helping to manage, update and improve investor contact database, investor capability database, and the Clubbing & Placement SharePoint Site.
Manage the NDA process and other aspects of legal documentation.
Developing datasite management process (i.e. Intralinks / Zoom), so PPC can potentially manage this aspect of the process as needed.
Acting as primary contact for accounting and operations for fee reporting and notification.
Become an integral part of the regional underwriting teams on every clubbed transaction, in order to field, coordinate, and sort Q&A from investors. Conduct deep dives into diligence materials, including full knowledge of modeling, CIM, and datasite contents.
Marketing and Originations:
Organize and improve existing and develop new and relevant marketing materials.
Expand marketing effort through Linked-in, Seismic, Salesforce, etc.
Developing select investor, intermediary, and sourcing relationships over time to become additive to the sourcing platform. Assist marketing effort via additional touchpoints, potentially including direct coverage of C list names.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other quantitative subjects with a track record of academic achievement
Curiosity about capital markets and exposure to Private Placements, Direct Lending, and Mezzanine transactions
Participation in the Chartered Financial Analysts® (CFA) program
Strong writing, interpersonal & relationship development skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure
