    Position summary

    nternal business units to develop and execute individual sales plans with selected distribution partners

    • Meet or exceed activity requirements deemed necessary to achieve sales goals

    • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Prudential's products, services and programs and effectively use knowledge to compete and win in the marketplace

    • Identify and recruit producers within assigned territory

    • Provide initial and on-going training to BGA and individual producers within the territory on the use of Prudential's products and services

    • Practice effective compliance, recordkeeping and expense management

    • Ability to operate in regulated business environment

    What you'll need:

    • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 required

    • Excellent presentation skills (overall) including basic sales, communication skills (written and verbal), and sales training skills (preferred)

    • Knowledge and experience with Advanced Markets concepts, presentations, and case designs.

    • Knowledge of Life Insurance Products Specifically Universal Life, Variable Life, Survivorship, Term, including Guaranteed products and riders. This would include general product competitiveness within each product and market

    • Proficient time and territory management skills, negotiation skills and ability to influence others - assertiveness is critical.

    It would be a plus if you had:

    • Two years plus experience in marketing or selling life insurance in the BGA and Independent Producer space.

    • Leadership skills to direct and motivate others toward the achievement of objectives.

    • Ability to understand, develop, and apply management information reporting to find opportunities, support planning, and further deeper relationships with current and prospective business partners.
