    Position summary

    Reporting team is seeking a Senior Planning & Analysis Associate to join the team.

    The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

    What to expect:

    • Prepare analysis packages for Senior Management discussions on multi-year forecasts and actuals reporting.

    • Prepare pricing tickets with deal specific information extracted from legal docs for back-office support teams.

    • Prepare cash reconciliations, cash flow calculations and expense review files for internal Investment Subsidiaries.

    • Prepare investment allocations by business for Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Real Assets.

    • Prepare calculations for FX derivative trades and allocations for public equity sales.

    • Prepare the analysis of AUM on a quarterly basis.

    • Prepare review files for asset transfers for Assets in Kind process as part of the Pension Risk Transfers process.

    • Prepare calculation for transfers related to ongoing business specific projects.

    • Successfully partner and foster relationships with multiple groups.(Investment, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Performance, Finance, Expense Reporting).

    • Provide timely responses for email communication with both internal and external partners.

    What you'll need:

    • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance

    • 0-3 years of accounting / financial analysis experience

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel strongly recommended)

    • Team-oriented with strong written and interpersonal skills

    • Attention to detail and accuracy

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines

    • Strong critical thinking skills

    Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $59,300.00 to $88,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
