    You will code, test and debug Sharepoint, the existing Knowledge Management platform, as you partner with operations and technology resources to implement new capabilities to capture, share, and retrieve knowledge. In addition to applied experience, you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong business insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a continuous learning focus to all that you do.

    Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day.

    ⦁ Provide oversight of SharePoint sites including;

    ⦁ Site set up, security and permissions

    ⦁ Site Taxonomy/Classification and Indexing

    ⦁ Search engine optimization activities (content strategy, link building, keyword strategy and semantic search)

    ⦁ Server management

    ⦁ Issue troubleshooting

    ⦁ System performance monitoring

    ⦁ Technical support and general maintenance

    ⦁ Transition from Classic to Modern pages

    ⦁ Develop high quality, well documented and efficient code adhering to all applicable Prudential standards

    ⦁ Integrate knowledge articles into new Service technology stack (Salesforce and Genesys)

    ⦁ Bring an applied understanding of relevant and emerging technologies to research, discover and test knowledge management technology solutions and software

    The Skills & Expertise You Bring

    ⦁ Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields

    ⦁ Leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts, and perspectives to the benefit of the organization

    ⦁ Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)

    ⦁ Knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business

    ⦁ Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges

    ⦁ Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills to address both the development community and business leaders

    ⦁ Ability to operate in an agile manner in an environment with ambiguity and can handle multiple responsibilities and pivot quickly as business priorities shift.

    ⦁ Applied experience with the following:

    o SharePoint development

    o Salesforce

    o Programming Languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript, SQL, C++, and C#)

    o Coding

    o HTML and CSS

    o Reporting and Business Intelligence tools

    ⦁ Strong technical expertise in:

    ⦁ Microsoft Power BI

    ⦁ Microsoft Power Automate

    ⦁ Microsoft Azure

    ⦁ AI skills (programming, analytics, data modelling, machine learning) and experience with the AI development lifecycle

    ⦁ Financial/Insurance industry knowledge is a plus, not a must

    Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $105,100.00 to $156,500.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
