ct Engineer on/in PGIM Global Services, you will partner with chief product owners, tech leads, release train engineers, and senior business and technology leadership to implement MosAIc. You will set technical standards and bring deep technical expertise and experience as you develop the vision and roadmap for new and existing applications to solve sophisticated business problems, deploy innovative products, services and experiences to delight out customers! As a technical expert, you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong business insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a continuous learning focus to all that you do.
This role is based in our office in Newark, NJ or Tampa, FL. Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely and/ from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences. This position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring weekly basis 2 days per week.
What you can expect:
End-to-end technical leadership for MosAIc in driving strategic growth, experience, and talent outcomes for PGIM Global Services concurrently with advancing overall Journey/Platform architecture for agility and sustainability; remove highly complex technical impediments and align the roadmap
Drive solution architecture and design for MosAIc roadmap across multiple Journeys/Platforms to achieve a complete, flexible, and sustainable capabilities in alignment with architectural principles and patterns
Collaborate with chief product owners, release train engineer and enterprise architecture to develop journey/platform vision and roadmap. Define and prioritize enablers that explore alternatives and build the architectural runway that anticipates future needs and enables innovation, flexibility, and speed
Bring an expert understanding of relevant and emerging technologies, provide technical guidance and leadership to team members and role-model our continuous learning culture by embedding learning and innovation in the day-to-day
Work on critical applications, maintain a broad knowledge of innovative principles and theory
What you will bring:
Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields
Lead and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts and perspectives to the benefit of the organization
Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business
Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
Excellent executive presence with an ability to translate and communicate sophisticated technical solutions in understandable terms to a broad range of audiences
Excellent problem solving and collaboration skills
Significant experience and/or deep expertise with the following:
Foundational Technical & Conceptual Acumen: Strong technical knowledge of data and application development capabilities, while also having the ability to create and execute upon a clear enterprise strategic vision for target state architecture that supports all PGIM affiliates and functions
Transformation and modernization of legacy applications into a platform and services architecture.
Extensive experience in planning, building and delivering large scale, transformational technology infrastructure and cloud initiatives in Azure and AWS, with direct accountabilities for architecture
Deep knowledge of business processes and business and technical capabilities, preferably in financial services and asset management industry

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $190,000 to $225,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
