    Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs:

    • Lead ing end-to-end implementation projects for Dayforce WFM, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget ;

    • Collaborat ing with clients to understand their business requirements and configure the Dayforce WFM system accordingly ;

    • Conduct ing thorough system analysis, gap analysis, and process mapping to identify areas for improvement and optimization ;

    • Develop ing and maintain ing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation ;

    • Coordinat ing with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and payroll, to ensure smooth integration of Dayforce WFM with existing systems ;

    • Provid ing guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise ;

    • Conduct ing training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the functionalities and best practices of Dayforce WFM ;

    • Perform ing system testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of the implemented solution ;

    • Stay ing up to date with the latest trends and developments in Dayforce WFM and HR technology to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients ; and,

    • Collaborat ing with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the practice's growth.

    Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

    • I mplementing Dayforce WFM or similar HR technology solutions ;

    • M anag ing multiple projects simultaneously ;

    • Displaying e xcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders ;

    • Working experience in system analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis ;

    • Working knowledge of database concepts , including architecture, queries, table joins, and relationships ; and,

    • Demonstrating knowledge in building system integrations, including knowledge of API concepts, data mapping, and integration platforms.
