Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs including:
Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors as part of client management;
Manage the team, service delivery, engagement delivery, and releases for all application activities, including enhancements, incidents, and future releases, resulting in high-quality client management;
Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams;
Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies as part of business development;
Perform the role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the staffing process, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices as part of people development;
Proven experience in consulting and/or BPO experience in Finance and Accounting in a Business Managed Service environment;
Proven experience as the Delivery Lead of a CFO managed service operation, including operations across Finance areas such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Financial Planning and Analysis;
Demonstrate business development experience, including sales and RFP response development;
Demonstrate global team leadership experience;
Demonstrate familiarity with broader CFO managed services in the areas of analytics, data management and Finance IT tools support and maintenance; and,
Possess experience with developing eminence, thought ware, and point-of-view materials.
