    Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge of, and/or success in managerial roles involving, technical actuarial subject matter specialization, especially in Life and Non-Life industry and regulatory developments.

    Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge of, and/or success in roles involving, directing efforts to identify and address client needs for a global network of professional services consulting firms, emphasizing the following areas:

    • Developing and sustaining extensive client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities;

    • Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and,

    • Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, collection.

    Demonstrates proven extensive level abilities and/or success with using spreadsheets, database and/or other actuarial software-related technologies.

    Demonstrates proven extensive level abilities and/or success with managing and performing as a team leader:

    • Leading teams to generate a vision, to establish direction and motivate members, as well as create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, to encourage improvement and innovation.

    Demonstrates proven extensive level abilities and/or success with:

    • Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management; and,

    • AXIS experience including model development/maintenance, SQL/database ETL, VBA scripting, knowledge of DataLink and high level objects such as Fund, Embedded Block, or ALM.
