    Job Requirements and Preferences :

    Basic Qualifications :

    Minimum Degree Required :
    High School Diploma

    Minimum Years of Experience :
    6 year(s) of experience in Corporate Treasury or FP&A with hand-on experience analyzing Fx exposures and implementing Fx hedging programs. Experience working with a Treasury Management System is a plus.

    Accounting, Finance

    Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

    Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

    • Supporting projects and analyzing company programs that involve capital deployment, cash management, cash forecasts, fx management, etc.;

    • Developing analytic models to evaluate FX risk exposures and hedging strategies;

    • Assessing optimal risk retention strategies for insurance needs of firm and driving efficiencies in management of the captive insurance company;

    • Overseeing and executing strategic initiatives;

    • Demonstrating proven record of success as a team leader with systems and process innovation; and,

    • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop scalable processes for existing and upcoming business initiatives through the use of technology.

    Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:

    • Communicating clearly with senior leadership and staff at all levels;

    • Working independently as well as in a team environment;

    • Demonstrating organizational and project management skills, while clearly communicating project timelines and status with senior management;

    • Demonstrating attention to detail and organization;

    • Working under pressure and meeting critical deadlines;

    • Coordinating multiple tasks; and,

    • Interacting with leaders to resolve issues, accurately and concisely answering inquiries, and proactively reporting potential issues to management.
