    The Opportunity

    As part of the People Tech & AI team you will lead the design, delivery, and governance of advanced AI and agent-based solutions that transform how organizations manage, support, and empower their workforce. As a Manager you will manage teams, shape technical strategy, and advise clients on deploying secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions across People and HR ecosystems. This position provides a unique opportunity to influence the future of workforce management through innovative AI applications while developing your leadership skills in a dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Advise clients on secure and compliant AI implementations

    • Manage teams to secure project execution

    • Develop leadership skills while guiding team members

    What You Must Have

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • At least 6 years of experience in back-end engineering, conversational UI development, or enterprise application development

    • In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college

    The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
