    Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

    Demonstrating extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader with knowledge of Quality Engineering and extensive knowledge in effective planning, executing, monitoring and test reporting for multiple projects including:

    • Architecting test data management solutions focusing on enhanced data provisioning capabilities, data integration and devising proven TDM processes;

    • Showing proven technical abilities in their field, focused on the technical aspects of TDM architecture, test data provisioning and maintenance;

    • Working with other stakeholders e.g.(Test Managers, Infrastructure, Release managers, DBAs, Risk & Security teams, Application Owners);

    • Working knowledge of Enterprise TDM Assessment, Strategy development and E2E data flow analysis;

    • Understanding of Data Modeling, Analyses & Data Discovery;

    • Working knowledge of business rule identification, PII analysis/Masking/Sub-Setting process definition;

    • Possessing proven knowledge of Databases, Data Warehouses, Business Processes and related data flows and systems integrations;

    • Possessing TDM development and experience architecting solutions using Industry standard TDM tools e.g.(Broadcom TDM, Delphix, DataGaps);

    • Demonstrating knowledge of project management concepts;

    • Demonstrating interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills;

    • Possessing proven decision-making and leadership abilities;

    • Possessing proven organizational and problem-solving abilities;

    • Providing data analysis with ability to write SQL statements including XML/JSON parsing;

    • Providing a process to support multiple Applications including identifying data elements for masking in Applications, Data Reset and Update Process, develop TDM synthetic framework;

    • Understanding of Production Database replication (Data Masking and Refresh);

    • Working knowledge of Integration with Service Virtualization, test automation tools for accelerated delivery;

    • Understanding of API based data generation (e.g. continuous testing, data through automation scripts);

    • Developing & executing long term Enterprise Test Data Management Strategy;

    • Having knowledge of setting up test data management process to implement across the testing projects;

    • Enabling Self Service capability for testing teams to provision test data;

    • Demonstrating knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS or Azure or Google Cloud Platform); and,

    • Working experience in integrating TDM Solutions into DevOps pipeline.
