Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred.
2+ years' management or equivalent experience required.
2+ years' Talent Manager experience required.
Proven performance in Talent Manager or Practice Director roles.
Experience developing and managing budgets.
Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
The typical salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
