"Teams tend to be tight-knit and there's a good focus on flexibility that benefits families. Leave policies for new parents are pretty good for the US in general, but they could do more to make those policies easier to find and understand. The higher leadership levels are dominated by men, which often means policy changes don't take into account the unique experiences of women in the workforce. Overall, the culture is good and women make a difference here. We connect and support each other. There are good opportunities to learn and grow over time. "

12 Weeks Paid | 1 Weeks Unpaid
"Non-gestational parents only get 6 weeks, which isn't enough by far to support gestational parents and get used to the rhythm of having a new baby in the household. Mothers can get up to 12 weeks of leave (6 weeks short term disability + 6 weeks child bonding leave) but they automatically draft from your time off hours to cover the first week, which is unpaid. You can add additional time from your time off bank but usually have to clear it with your boss in advance. Additional paid leave is offered if you have complications. "

"Robert Half offers a lot of flexibility for work/life balance, especially since Covid. I really appreciate being able to work from home and know that my leaders trust that I am getting quality work done, without having to be in the office. RH offers the ability to learn from others and expand your network which I appreciate."
