Gather supporting documentation to manage discrepancies and help expedite clearance.
Audit all completed requirements and determine eligibility for placement.
Electronically file requirements to be reproduced for audits.
Monitor overall turnaround times within assigned client portfolios to escalate opportunities for reduced process and timelier results.
Perform additional program support activities as presented by management, which could include focus groups, collaboration meetings, special projects, etc.
Maintain/update any program tracking logs.
What You'll Need
AA or equivalent job experience.
1+ years' experience background verifications customer service or similar high volume customer service position. Detailed and customer service oriented providing not only point solutions but education of customers; works well in team environment.
Proficient in MS Office suite (outlook, excel and word).
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required to develop manage these processes and ability to work in an environment that is ever changing.
Strong understanding of customer service and/or technical support service.
Ability to interact and communicate with customers of varying levels of expertise.
Strong interpersonal skills, working well with key stake holders; team organization skills.
The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
$37,000.00 - $56,000.00
