What You'll Do:
Lead Project Development: Oversee cross-country project development efforts while ensuring adherence to established timelines and quality standards. Drive the design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex configurations and modifications within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business leaders, business analysts, and global stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into actionable technical solutions, driving alignment between business goals and technology strategies.
Solution Design and Development: Translate business requirements into meticulous technical specifications and solution design for advanced automation workflows, balancing custom feature development with native platform capabilities.
Data Integration: Partner with SMEs to design and implement seamless data integrations between ServiceNow and other critical systems, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and optimal performance.
Scripting: Develop scripts using JavaScript for business rules, UI policies, and client scripts, following best practices for maintainability and scalability.
Expert Support: Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting on complex issues related to the ServiceNow platform, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
System Performance Analysis: Proactively analyze system performance to ensure continuous availability while recommending strategies for improvement to ensure high availability and responsiveness of the ServiceNow platform.
Roadmap Collaboration**:** Work with stakeholders to prioritize features for the MVP release and help shape the roadmap for future enhancements, balancing immediate needs with long-term strategic goals.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years' hands-on experience with ServiceNow development across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, DevOps (Agile), SecOps.
Proficiency in JavaScript along with HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including custom development, data integration, and advanced automation workflows.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience in iterative development, sprint planning, and collaborative team practices.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on innovative solutions and flexibility in designing scalable, efficient applications.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional, global teams, including business analysts, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated success leading and mentoring a development team, ideally with experience managing or coordinating efforts across EMEA regions.
Certifications (Highly Desired):
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
$117,000.00 - $176,000.00
