Nous recherchons un Account Executive pour piloter l'expansion de Tableau auprès des collectivités territoriales en France - Régions, Départements, Métropoles et Communes - en bâtissant des relations durables avec les décideurs clés.
Responsibilities:
Définir et exécuter des plans de comptes alignés sur les agendas de transformation numérique des acteurs publics locaux.
Créer des relations de haut niveau et positionner Tableau comme le socle décisionnel stratégique des collectivités.
Piloter l'intégralité du cycle de vente, de la prospection à la négociation finale, dans un environnement complexe et concurrentiel.
Orchestrer une équipe pluridisciplinaire (consultants avant-vente, services, marketing, succès client) pour maximiser l'impact sur chaque opportunité.
Required Qualifications:
Expérience avérée dans la vente de logiciels (SaaS) ou de solutions complexes en cycle long et multi-interlocuteurs.
Excellentes capacités de négociation et rigueur dans le suivi des prévisions commerciales.
Capacité à interagir efficacement avec des décideurs seniors au sein d'organisations publiques.
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
Preferred Qualifications:
Connaissance du secteur public français et des processus d'achat des collectivités territoriales.
Expérience dans la construction de business cases à forte valeur ajoutée et d'alliances partenaires.
Appétence pour l'analytique et curiosité intellectuelle pour maîtriser une solution technique de pointe.
