the evangelisation and positioning of the full Salesforce portfolio of existing, new and still to be released products and capabilities across the machine learning and LLM/GPT domains. The individual will work within the EMEA North Solution Engineering architecture practice and their time will be spent primarily in external prospect and customer engagements, with a secondary role advising and enabling the wider solution engineering organisation.
Role Expectations
SE organisation education and enablement e.g. roadmap - all roles across all product areas
Bridge/primary contact point to product management
Represent our region in regional and global SE AI initiatives
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 10 years working directly in the commercial technology space with AI products and solutions
Academic qualification to Masters post-graduate degree level (minimum) in computing/computer science. Qualification must involve an AI related subject (ML, deep learning, NLP etc.)
Minimum 5 years working in a sales, pre-sales, consulting or related function in a commercial software company
Demonstrable experience in presenting and communicating complex concepts to large audiences
Team delivery, working with large, sometimes fluid groups in pressurised environments to deliver challenging complex proposals, solution designs and solutions
Ability to communicate effectively up, down and across an organisation, summarising concepts, scenarios and situations to senior internal and external individuals and teams, including positioning of negative recommendations or proposals.
Continuous learning attitude with a demonstrated history of self enablement and advancement in both technology and behavioral areas.
Have the unrestricted right to work within the EU.
