    Position summary

    w the revenue across Service Cloud, Voice, and Digital Engagement - within customers and prospects in France.
    What You'll Do

    • Drive revenue by identifying and developing Service Cloud opportunities in both existing SMB customers and whitespace.

    • Build relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on their customer service transformation journey.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build tailored solutions and deliver impactful demos and proposals.

    • Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close, consistently exceeding your quota.

    • Educate and enable internal teams to spot and support Service Cloud opportunities.

    What We're Looking For

    • Experience in solution selling, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.

    • Proven track record in the SMB space.

    • Strong strategic thinking and deal execution skills.

    • Team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

    • Curious, resilient, and customer-obsessed.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

    • Fluent in French and English.

    • Based in Dublin, Ireland with the right to work.
