    Position summary

    io to join our Global Studio team in the APAC region. You'll lead and concept everything from top of funnel brand awareness to lower in the funnel regional campaign ideas and other leadgen programs. There will also be opportunities to support immersive best-in-class event experiences, social campaigns, digital experiences (i.e. website design) and anything else that might come your way.

    We are looking for someone with the desire and willingness to go beyond being "just a creative;" you want to roll up your sleeves and understand the business too. You champion partnering with stakeholders to achieve results.

    You will be part of a worldwide global creative team. As well as your creative peers, you will collaborate with our marketing stakeholders such as brand, events, digital, content/social, and campaigns across the US, Europe, Australia... and beyond.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be the trusted support for the creative lead of APAC

    • Generate unique and compelling campaign concepts and bring them to life across multiple channels

    • Lead and execute social/digital experiences and best-in-class events

    • Localise and adapt global brand campaigns for the APAC audience

    • Lead and coach junior-mid level creatives to maintain quality and consistency

    • Be the brand steward to agency partners. You lead and direct various agencies across campaigns and events, while maintaining Salesforce standards and producing results.

    • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

    • Communicate and liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders

    • You have your finger on the pulse of industry trends and standard processes

    • Present and sell your ideas

    Experience:

    • Extensive background in agency, studio, or in-house creative roles with strong command of integrated marketing/advertising campaigns

    • You not only excel at concepting, but also can implement and bring your ideas to life across: events, digital, social, activation ideas, and whatever else you can dream up

    • A compelling portfolio of original work that's both conceptual and results-driven

    • Excellent conceptual background, design skills, and digital experience

    • Demonstrated ability to solve problems conceptually, collaboratively, and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

    • Experience in strategically understanding design processes and how to improve them

    • Ability to decipher and respond to briefs, taking designs from concept to finished artwork, independently

    • Strong level of competence with latest trends in: graphic design, multimedia, web design & digital marketing

    • Experience working across global teams is beneficial

    Skills

    • Highly-proficient in the Adobe Creative suite, in particular AI, PS, ID and AE

    • Highly-proficient in Figma

    • Experience with Slack

    • Excellent motion design skills using AfterEffects

    • Video editing and/or Creative AI image generation experience would be beneficial

    • Vector illustration skills would be beneficial
