Manager with demonstrated Salesforce Flow capabilities to drive the evolution of this functionality in close cooperation with engineering, customers, and other Salesforce stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Define product requirements at a detailed level that demonstrates mastery of your domain. Build and maintain roadmaps for one or more products and work with other PMs to deliver a unified vision.
Inspire and collaborate with teams of architects, engineers, and doc writers to implement features.
Facilitate communication throughout the development process between a variety of internal teams as well as customer-facing teams, ensuring that products satisfy customers' needs and are highly adopted.
Serve as a product evangelist with Marketing, Sales, Support, and more to help them understand the vision, roadmap and best practices.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your products.
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
Be the trusted advisor during customer interactions, events, and through social media.
Requirements:
A passion for applying technology to implement practical and elegant solutions to complex business processes
Demonstrated experience building Salesforce Flows is mandatory.
A drive to build outstanding products.
Demonstrated ability to write potent product requirements documents that show your ability to drill into ambiguity to resolve complex questions.
Overall 13+ years of experience and 4-5 years of experience managing products or developing technology products
You should be able to code, though you don't have to be an engineer.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and assertive.
A creative thinker who thrives on solving challenging problems and looking outside the box.
Can hold your own in debates with technical architects, engineers, and designers.
Grasp the big picture, while still delivering on the details.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience managing teams using agile/scrum methodologies.
Preferred:
Demonstrated experience working with and productizing process automation technologies
Demonstrated experience as a consumer/user/customer of the Salesforce platform
