    Field Enablement Managers are responsible for the Enablement programs in their respective Business Units (BUs), including Inside Sales, Sales, Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Alliances. They are responsible for designing and delivering the know-how, materials, content, and training programs for the foundational and applied skills, execution processes, and tools that employees in their BUs need to thrive in their roles.

    Enablement programs are designed with consideration of Salesforce's strategy, learning programs delivered by the Global Enablement team at headquarters, and the strategy of the assigned department, while also collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams, Japan and APAC teams.

    As a strategic problem solver with a deep understanding of Enablement, Field Enablement Manager, you will contribute to the achievement of your department's goals through excellent planning and execution.

    Job Description

    Key responsibilities :

    • Create Enablement plans to achieve business results

    Analyze the business situation and challenges of the assigned BU and work with sales managers and related teams to develop an enablement strategy and learning experience plan that contributes to the achievement of goals.

    • Create content and deliver training programs to achieve results

    Based on the Enablement Plan, develop and implement the measures necessary to achieve the goals and strategies of the assigned BUs, leveraging the expertise of various specialists.

    • PDCA of Enablement measurements

    Analyze learning effectiveness, organizational performance data, and other data sources to continuously improve and adjust the data-driven Enablement plan.

    • Program Development and Delivery

    Work within the team on programs such as New Hire Onboarding, global programs(Excellence Academy, Sales Performance Lab) etc and deliver the programs in alignment with local's business needs and objectives.

    • Enablement for Sales

    Focus on fast ramping up training for AEs to improve sales performance and pipeline generation.

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Minimum of 6 years working experience with minimum 3 years field sales experience.

    • Strong interest in facilitating and leading in-person enablement sessions and/or some experience.

    • Ability to use multiple communication channels in an impactful manner to convey key messages to partners across the organization.

    • Become catalog guide with ability to identify and propose solutions to regional teams and achieve desired outcomes

    • Ability to quickly build trusted relationships and work effectively with cross-functional colleagues

    • Change oriented. Works optimally in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid change.

    • Ability to coordinate a variety of projects/programs and supporting tools simultaneously

    • Business level English

    Preferred Requirements

    • Knowledge of Salesforce or Enterprise Application concepts.

    • Technical background and familiarity with enterprise applications / concepts.

    • Experience with global training models / frameworks.
