    The role involves building trusted relationships with senior leaders, influencing strategy, and supporting Salesforce's enterprise positioning in the industry.
    Responsibilities include supporting existing customers, developing new opportunities, and driving discussions to grow Salesforce's Financial Services business.
    Successful candidates must have a proven track record in Financial Services thought leadership, transformation business cases, and enterprise software engagements.
    Combining thought leadership, customer advisory, account strategy, and business development, this role requires extensive industry experience and strong leadership skills to collaborate across teams and exceed revenue targets.
    The Industry Advisors drive collaboration with Sales and all other support functions to complete the primary focus of crafting and closing revenue to over-achieve on company quota objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategies to grow Salesforce's Financial Services business.
    • Build transformation business cases and lead enterprise software engagements.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Solutions teams to align on customer needs.
    • Engage with System Integrators (SIs), ISVs, and industry partners.
    • Act as a thought leader, delivering presentations and driving industry discussions.
    • Direct deal engagement with key accounts.

    Required Skills/Experience

    • Around 10 years in Financial Services or related roles.(Professional consulting or SI companies)
    • Understanding of South Korea's financial environment and the regulatory constraints on SaaS and AI adoption.
    • Proven expertise in enterprise software solutions (Salesforce preferred).
    • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
    • Extensive executive network within the Financial Services industry.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
    • Professional-level document creation skills for consulting-grade deliverables.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
    • Deep understanding of IT technologies and AI solutions.
    • Hands-on leadership style with a results-driven mindset.
    • Experience in digital transformation and change management.
