    Position summary

    s developing deep C-level relationships, understanding the client's strategic challenges and digital transformation agenda, and orchestrating Salesforce resources across our entire portfolio to deliver value and exceed targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans focused on significant revenue generation for assigned major banking clients.

    • Engage senior executives (C-suite) to align Salesforce solutions with their core business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

    • Lead and coordinate large, cross-functional virtual teams (Sales Specialists, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Services, Partners) to drive complex sales cycles.

    • Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships across the client organization.

    • Drive adoption and expansion of the entire Salesforce portfolio within the accounts.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Proven track record managing large, complex enterprise accounts, preferably within the Financial Services/Banking sector.

    • Experience consistently exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas in enterprise software/SaaS.

    • Strong strategic thinking, C-level engagement, and complex deal negotiation skills.

    • Ability to lead and inspire large virtual teams.

    • Deep understanding of digital transformation trends impacting the banking industry.
