    As our Platform Specialist team expands, we're excited to welcome passionate Technical Architects who are eager to drive Platform Data Security, Governance, and ALM opportunities. If you're enthusiastic about the potential of AI in enhancing the SF Platform and enriching user experiences, we want to hear from you! You'll also appreciate the critical importance of Data Security & Privacy, ensuring that sensitive information is protected in all environments.

    In the role of Technical Architect, you'll unlock the untapped potential of our Platform by collaborating with Account Executives to deliver relevant technical insights to our customers. You'll be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on Platform Cloud product solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Expertise: Become a go-to expert on our Platform portfolio and its technical value to customers.

    • Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance on Platform Cloud solutions, including Low Code AppDev, Customization, Integration, Data Management, Security & Compliance, and Automation.

    • Solution Design: Design and propose technical solutions that address customer needs and align with Salesforce Platform capabilities.

    • Technical Advocacy: Promote the technical power of the Platform, sharing customer success stories and technical use cases.

    • Team Collaboration: Enable and educate internal teams on the technical aspects of Platform opportunities.

    • Partnerships: Collaborate with Salesforce Partners and Consultants to align on technical strategies and solutions.

    • Technical Deal Support: Provide technical support during deal management, including solution demonstrations, technical Q&A, and proof-of-concept development.

    Role Requirements:

    • Technical Acumen: Proven track record of providing technical expertise in SaaS with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

    • Platform Passion: Deep understanding of our subject matter across Data Security, Compliance, Governance, Dev Ops, and Business Continuity within the Platform Cloud context.

    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute technical strategies while inspiring others along the way.

    • Curious & Value-Oriented: Strong skills in uncovering customer technical needs, with a penchant for asking "why" to explore how the Platform can add technical value.

    • Collaborative: Proven ability to work effectively with various stakeholders to achieve the best technical outcomes for both the customer and Salesforce.

    • Trusted Advisor: A commitment to guiding customers on their Salesforce technical journey with integrity and support.

    • Multi-Tasker: Skillful in managing multiple technical priorities while driving both immediate technical support and long-term strategic pursuits.
