    Position summary

    the NZ leadership team, you will lead a team responsible for creating and driving pipeline opportunities across Salesforce's NZ prospects and customers, fueling business growth.

    This is a high-impact, data-driven leadership role that requires a strong focus on performance, analytics, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team, driving strategic pipeline generation initiatives, and ensuring alignment with sales and marketing teams.

    What You'll Do:

    • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to accelerate pipeline growth and maximize conversion rates.

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ inbound and outbound Business Development Representatives (BDRs) at varying career stages.

    • Build and foster a high-performance culture, ensuring the team operates with clear goals, accountability, and continuous learning.
      Leverage analytics and forecasting to drive team focus, measure success, and optimize pipeline development.

    • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and strategy teams to align efforts and refine outreach strategies.

    • Ensure agility and adaptability within a dynamic sales environment, pivoting strategies as needed to meet evolving business needs.

    • Champion career progression by equipping BDRs with the skills and mentorship needed for future sales roles.
