    Position summary

    deal candidate will have experience with Compensation & Benefits Systems and program delivery but also a passion for process improvement, technology, and policy development; they want to understand how all of the puzzle pieces fit together to solve for scale and an extraordinary employee experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and lead partnerships to support the Global Rewards technology stack (Compensation and Benefits technology)

    • Collaborate with IT teams & HR Business owners to review & prioritize system improvements

    • Participate in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of compensation & benefits related technology solutions, upgrades, and enhancements

    • Collaborate with vendors and internal collaborators to ensure seamless integration with the business and functionality that supports our Global Rewards strategy and vision

    • Find opportunities to streamline and improve compensation & Benefit processes through the use of technology & process improvement

    • Work with multi-functional teams to implement & document process enhancements that enhance efficiency and accuracy

    • Deliver training and support to HR and other relevant teams on the effective use of compensation and benefit technology tools

    • Act as a domain guide, offering guidance on system functionality and best practices

    • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align compensation and benefits technology solutions with organizational goals and strategies; identify gaps, propose solutions, understand requirements

    • Support related Rewards programs such as US Open Enrollment, Merit, Promotion - providing the connection between strategy and technology and the Rewards Partners who are the face of these programs to the business and the rest of HR

    • Lead the Global Rewards policy inventory, ensuring governance, relevancy, and consistency; support the development of new Rewards policies

    • Manage Rewards vendors, ensuring SLA's and contract agreements are met; escalate as needed

    • Engage in multi-functional projects to represent Global Rewards technology

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in Compensation, Information Technology, or a related HR field.

    • Previous experience in compensation analysis, HRIS (Workday), or a related role.

    • Experience with compensation software and systems.

    • Solid attention to details and analytical skills a must.

    • Analytical approach with ability to work with large volume of data and synthesize it to digestible information.

    • Strong problem solving and research skills.

    • Outstanding communication (written and verbal), organizational, problem solving skills.

    • Sophisticated skills in MS Excel and Google Suite.

    • Comfortable working in an environment where operating "in the gray area" is not uncommon.

    • Perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team in a fast paced environment. Flexible and can quickly change course when the needs shift direction or accelerate delivery.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize while managing tight deadlines.

    • Self-driven and able to take a request and run with it under minimal direction and supervision.

    Desired Skills/Experience:

    • Good discernment and awareness of business trends in Compensation and/or HR Technology.

    • High tech industry experience a plus.

    • Comfortable with various HR technologies (Tableau, Workday a plus).

    For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $110,600 to $152,200.

    Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
