    Position summary

    istration duties on a suite of existing applications and tools, including project management, data management, scheduling, methodology, and reporting.

    • Manage project scope and schedule definition and execution.

    • Able to effectively communicate status, accomplishments, and roadblocks to a dynamic global team.

    • Analyze Salesforce data and generate reports.

    • Assist in the creation of custom tools and applications.

    • Advocate for Services Sales and Delivery requirements on enterprise wide projects, features & enhancements.

    • Own the creation, documentation, validation, communication and upkeep of business requirements and their supporting use cases.

    • Set priorities, open cases with developers and guide them through deployment.

    • Partner with Subject Matter Experts, Business Architects, and Product Owners to develop requirements, review solutions and designs, and build enablement and test scripts.

    • General support on additional administrative or operational tasks.

    Required Experience

    • Relevant practical experience in systems administration or business analysis
    • Advanced understanding of cloud computing, solutions, and the Salesforce product family
    • Strong professional communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
    • Logical, practical, realistic, tenacious, curious, kind
    • Ability to multitask while managing deadlines, perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team
    • Flexible, creative, highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated ability to produce results
    • Extraordinary time management skills
    • Detail and quality-oriented with the desire to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies

    Desired Experience / Expertise / Skills

    • Salesforce Admin and Advanced Admin certifications and product experience
    • Familiarity with CRM, data management and/or Certinia's PSA tool
    • Experience as a customer-facing consultant
    • Experience in Sales Operations and/or Professional Services
    • PMI / PMP certification
    • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management, CPQ and/or systems integration
    • Proficient in authoring use cases, user stories, business and/or technical requirements
    • Experienced at collaborating with both business and technical teams; requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, launching and enabling enterprise solutions

    For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $141,300 to $194,300.

    For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $141,300 to $194,300.

    Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
