e Specialist teams in Specialization CoE focus. This is a multi-faceted role which will span strategic planning, sales strategy, finance, and analytics - requiring a mix of market & business analysis, sales optimization, and business operational support.
The individual in this role will be responsible for helping with the analytics and planning for the Specialist Sales teams globally. They will work on a variety of strategic and operational projects across functions, for example evaluating market opportunities, business planning, performance tracking, forecasting, sales operations, building scalable reporting structures. The role requires significant interaction with various areas of the organization such as regional strategy teams, specialist sales leadership, product and Cloud GTM teams, central analytics teams (i.e CRO Business Operations) and provides daily exposure to senior executives. A successful candidate will have relentless curiosity and possess a passion for extracting insights from data and converting ideas to action.
